Hi, I'm Christina! God-fearing; loving wife, mom of two, dog mom of three.

My Story

How we began

With 20+ years helping others run their business, I realized my financial and operational skillsets were perfect to help other entrepreneurs. I have a true passion for helping small businesses take the financial bull by the horns. Within 1.5 years of starting Springstead Solutions, we became the CFO of 4 companies with several other clients across the country. We want to continue working with growth-minded people to help them not only elevate their business, but truly love what they do.

I’m a proud resident of Kern County having raised my family here. As a strong proponent of my community and giving back, I happily serve on the boards and committees of many local nonprofits including the Kern County Builders Exchange, Leadership Bakersfield, the Bakersfield Women’s Business Conference and more. I received my MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in 2003 and a Profit First Certification, Mastery Level in 2020.

My Why

What You Can Expect Working with Us:

Communication for Understanding

We pride ourselves on clear and concise communication removing the confusion and frustration from business financials. You can trust that it is for a purpose when we communicate or request items. We proactively communicate regarding your monthly financials so that you will not be surprised if something additional is needed and your timeline has been adjusted.

Kindness & Mutual Respect

As an integral part of your team, kindness & respect are a nonnegotiable two-way street. This is a shame-free zone, and we’re here to get you the information you need to become permanently profitable. In return, we expect kindness from our clients as we learn about your business and suggest improvements that may interrupt your comfort zone.

You ARE a part of the equation!

No one knows your business as you do; therefore, you’re integral to ensuring we have the correct information to provide accurate books. We’ll work together to ensure we’re both on the same page; this is not a set-it-and-forget-it activity for you.

Good Things Take Time and Work

Because our focus is to help you grow your business, getting the financial foundation set up can take time.  In the first few months, there will be a lot of communication to help us best set up your financial back-end system and learn your business finances. We will not barrel through and rush getting your foundations set up correctly, so patience in getting our rhythm will be a critical trait each party will need to maintain.
